Weekly Roundup #003
Hello you lovely person you. It's been a mad one this week so I gotta keep it brief! Aardman work has gone bonkers, which is brilliant, so my brain has gone from 10 - 100mph in a week, which I love!
Did a silly pixels thing in Pixaki on the iPad pro. It started off as an idle doodle whilst the kids were drawing (which my daughter quickly defaced) but I liked the wonkiness of it so decided to give it a go in pixels:
I find Pixaki so calming to use, just blocking out pixels and seeing how it can develop. Lovely stuff.
Also been developing ideas for the 'Beyond Tellerand' conference title sequence that I'm doing as well as figuring out the details of the talk James White and me are giving at Paradiso in Mexico next month, but more on that next week!

WHAT AM I WATCHING?
Between worky / passion project stuff and a 4 year old that isnt sleeping well, barely watched anything at all. I did catch a few episodes of Bad Sisters that my wife is watching that looked great. Super smart writing and a wonderfully devilish premise!
Like half the planet though, been loving Kendrick's Super Bowl Half Time Show, absolutely incredible, in so many ways!
The revolution will be televised, you picked the right time but the wrong guy!
WHAT'S CAUGHT MY EYE?
I've signed up to Sarah Bell Reid's 'Modular Monthly' a free course for getting into the world of virtual modular synthesis! I really like how Sarah teaches stuff and the fact the synths are free to use was a no brainer to dipping my toe into that world!
